Tatham NSW

We are looking for an amazing sitter/s to look after our three puppas, and two cats and home while we are away.
We live in a 1930's Restored Church on 16 Acres in Tatham NSW. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and downstairs laundry with washer and dryer and a nice meandering walking path cut through the grounds.
We have newly installed aircon/heating
It is a peaceful house to be in, in a beautiful country area.
Wifi, phone service, Optus TV with Netflix and Stan, fire and gas heater, heaters for bedroom and bathrooms.
There are no shops within walking distance, so a car is a must - however you will see lots of cows, open spaces and fields and maybe even a donkey or Koala.
The property is within short driving distance of a numbers of towns inc: Lismore approx. 20mins, Casino approx. 20 mins, Evans Head approx 30 mins, Ballina in 40mins and Byron Bay in approx. 1 hour. In Lismore and Casino you will find your closest supermarkets, a shopping centre, swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, art gallery and cinema. Evans Head has gorgeous beaches and swimming holes and Byron Bay is simply Byron Bay.
This is a great place to be for someone or a couple who want some peace and quiet, enjoy staying in different areas and experiencing a different lifestyle. It would be a great place to do some writing or painting, work from home, do no work but lots of relaxing, enjoy walks in the garden and snuggle with a cutie cat. We are looking for some one to
- Provide our Cat Monkey with company, love, cuddles and strokes. Someone will need to be happy to sleep with Monkey she loves sleeping with her humans.
- Feed Monkey morning and evening and give her Biscuits and fresh water every day.
- Feed and look after Indy - he is a much more independent cat than monkey and venture outside. He has grown up with the dogs and they love to play together.
- Look after our puppas
- The puppas will need walks, toilet breaks, play and lots of love. We walk the dogs around our property.
- We have a full fenced toileting area for the dogs for day and night however they do not use this for play or exercise.
- Wednesday is a Labradoodle and needs brushing every day and more regular baths than our other dogs. However a full groom will take place before your arrival.
- The puppas can be left at home alone, we leave them Kongs and a snuffle mat.
- Be prepared to take the dogs to the vet if required and give medicine if required. Currently all our babies and well and healthy and have all of their vaccines etc up to date.
- Keep the house neat and Tidy and in the same state that we left it in.
- Take the bins out fornightly
- Return the house as we left it with a happy fur family.
- Enjoy the space, feel at home and love our fur babies.

We have three dogs one of whom is in teenage stage and LOVES attention so be prepared to have a furry best friend, shadow and constant play companion.

- We have a property maintence manager Will who will be on site at times to keep on top of anything that needs doing. You will be notified when he will be on site and we can arrange a pre meeting if necessary. Will has been with us for over a year now and we have had previous housesitters here with Will and this has always worked.

- We will ensure the property is left mowed and cleaned before your arrival and can have the lawns mowed whilst we are away if necessary.

- Please note this is a heritage building so not a new build! It has its quirks but if anything breaks we will make sure we have people you can contact to fix things and we will ensure any issues are paid for and resolved as quickly as possible.
