I am seeking a clean, responsible, non party/ drug taking person or couple to house sit for 4 days /3 nights from 23rd Dec morning to 26th Dec Noon.

The property is 15 mins from Coffs CBD and 5 mins to Sawtell beach, and village, 15 mins to the airport, various golf courses, other beaches, and shops incl. Coles and woolies. 30 mins from Bellingen.

You will be staying in the guest room of a 4 bedroom character home set on under 5 acres. The house has NBN and smart TV allowing for access to Netflix, Youtube, Prime etc plus the added convenience of working from home if you work remotely.

Daily chores include feeding 3 chooks, 2 dogs, 7 goats and sheep and 2 horses once daily - there are designated areas where bales of hay are placed and they can help themselves. Plus, topping up water levels and generally ensuring that all are safe. Dog food will be pre cooked and supplied and the maremmas sleep inside the house at night and the chooks are locked up in their quarters in the evening to be let out the next day.

Repeat the next day and so forth.

Will suit genuine animal lovers. This is a quiet neighbourhood with retirees and young families, and will suit someone who like nature, beaches, animals and quiet enjoyment of green surrounds.

No drug users, party throwers, no extra guests allowed except for the designated house sitters.
