Bolwarra Hts NSW

I have a small labradoodle who is quite anxious. She needs someone with her as much as possible through the day but mostly at night.
No real garden work - may need a sprinkler to the yard if too dry.
I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The double garage will not be available. I back onto a mowed reserve with concrete paths that lead to local park and family restaurant/hotel. I am situated in the middle of Newcastle/Port Stephens and the Hunter vineyards. Lots to see and do.
Reverse cycle heating /cooling. Enclosed deck at back looking over reserve. Very secure and safe area. Amazing neighbours.
