We are centrally located in nice area.
Daily walks.
Five to ten minutes depending on heat, gardening etc.
The house is lovely plenty of space, cooling etc.
Nice River for swimming and dogs loves to go down to the river.
Kip old boy (Kelpie x, 10.5 yrs old) in good health however, needs medication twice a day for epilepsy) no problem to look after. needs medication 2 times a day. Automatic gate to carport, quiet area, good neighbors, large shed with tools if required. Internet, large tv, etc
