Very comfortable unit (in a triplex with great neighbours). Safe and secure - ten minute walk to the South Cottesloe beach - or the Swan River - supermarket - restaurants and bars. We have NBN - Apple TV - Netflix.

As we are very close to the train/parks/shops/beach - you don't absolutely need private transport.

We have a very sweet and protective 7 year old mini poodle called Archie (see photo) who generally gets two walks with us a day. We do love our garden - but also passionate about succulents - so virtually summer proof and lawns are on auto retic ... gardening duties minimal but necrssary. No need to mow - we'll do as we leave.

Our house is very comfortable and manageable - and secure. We are currently booking flights - so the sates may change slightly - we will update soon to confirm.
