Melbourne - South East

gillian

Hi there, I live in the south east of Melbourne in a pretty good location. Especially if you won't have access to a car. There is a bus at one end of the street that takes you to bayside beaches in one direction, and to Chadstone Shopping Centre in the other direction (you can actually walk there, it's around 3ks). The bus at the other end of the street goes to another beach precinct with cafes etc and the other direction out to the outer suburbs for those who want to explore. Five mins walk to the train which goes into the city ctr, the other direction takes you to regional Victoria. Near the station are many shops and supermarkets. For tons of restaurants and cafes there is Eton Mall. An outdoor area with lots of tables and umbrellas, and Greeks of all ages! People come from near and far to sample the range of Greek cakes.

I have a 2 bedroom weatherboard house and by the time you come to stay, it will have a fresh coat of paint and a garden tidy up! I have a coffee machine and frother (essentials), aircon, streaming services etc. Not sure what else to mention, please just ask if there is something you particularly need/want.

Now for the most important information of all, my babies, Gidget and Juno. They are 4 years and 18mth old Lowchens respectively. The breed is also known as Little Lion Dogs, google will tell you all about them. It is said that they are named this after their traditional show clip (which mine have or they would just look like fluffy dogs!) But some say its after watching them play, it is brutal, they really look like lions!
They are rare and a very old breed. They almost became extinct when poodles became all the rage in the 1920s/30s. They are a small companion breed - hypo-allergenic, funny, smart and cheeky - I guarantee once you look into those baby browns you will be in love!
Luckily Gidget is well trained in the basics, Juno is not. He is his own man, and thinks that Gidget is more important to listen to than me. But we make it work! He is an Australian Champion.
They are spoilt, they are allowed on the couch (which has a cover on it), they sleep with me but I don't expect that from you, and they get too many treats. Mind you, they think a piece of raw carrot is a treat!
If you would like to meet them, and the dates all work for you please get in touch.
Gillian
