We are looking for a clean, capable person or couple (Grey nomads are encouraged to apply) for a house-sit in Kingaroy, this is a great country town with close proximity to vineyards, the Bunya Mountains, a lavender farm, dams for recreation and fishing. and a variety of things to see and do. Kingaroy is well located for day or overnight trips t0 either the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba or Brisbane.
We live in a quiet leafy suburb five minutes from town centre with lots of birdlife on a one acre block. There is a comfortable new self contained air-conditioned studio - bedroom with ensuite, lounge & kitchen with large outdoor entertainment area with barbecue and fire pits. The yard is reasonably low maintenance other than weekly mowing required, you must be able to operate a zero-turn battery powered ride-on mower. Some whipper snipping required. Watering of lawns and garden as well.

Power, water, electricity, internet and Netflix included. You are very welcome to stay in the studio or there is also plenty of room for your caravan or mobile home as well. Pets may be allowed, please ask. Please contact if you feel this would suit you.
