We have a modern and comfortable single level house with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and plenty of mod cons including wifi. Garage space will be available. We have two indoor Birman cats (F3 years, F2 years). Non-smokers please. Our location is in the Sovereign Hills Estate, 10 minutes from the heart of Port Macquarie and its beaches. it's in a flat area, ideal for walking.
A new local shopping centre is just up the road, which includes an IGA, hairdresser, chemist, coffee shops and a gift shop. Your own car is a must because of very limited public transport. Garaging provided. You need only to look after the cats, and water the garden, lawn and pot plants in relatively compact and well landscaped block and keep the house clean and tidy. A lawn mow may be required during your stay. Sorry, only able to accommodate a single house sitter or a couple. Recent housesitting references a must, and we much prefer to meet our sitter prior to housesit.
