My house is large 3 bedroom and lowset and is airconditioned in the lounge and bedrooms. It is in a quiet street with a fully fenced secure yard and automatic sliding driveway gate.
The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances and a gas top stove.
There is a shaded sitting area out the back which is lovely to sit under in the late afternoons to watch the sunset.
I back on to a park so there are no rear neighbours.
I have NBN which they are welcome to use.
I have x2 dogs which are very easy to look after - x1 jack russell male and x1 staffy female. They are inside/outside dogs.
The front garden is has full automatic irrigation. I have a small lawn and fruit trees out the back which will need water x2 a week as well as some potplants.
