Waramanga ACT

Hi! We have a 2-bedroom, 2-story townhouse with one king bed and one double bed upstairs. There is also a single daybed suitable for sleeping downstairs.

The townhouse is across the road from a local shopping centre including a supermarket, chemist, post office, cafe, and GP practice. 10 minute drive to a Westfield at Woden.

Pet care required for a 5 year old cavoodle and a spoodle puppy who will be 5 months old at the time. 1-2 daily walks for the spoodle and 1 short one for the cavoodle. The dogs sleep on our beds so you will need to be comfortable with that. They can be left home alone up to 7-8 hours as they have access to a dog door.

2 small courtyards but no garden care required, unless it’s very hot and you feel like using the hose for a few plants in the back courtyard.
