I have a 3 bedroomed country style home in a semi rural setting (1 acre) located in the Shoalhaven, NSW South Coast. The back garden is mainly grass with gum trees and the front garden is landscaped with a small orchard/veggie patch. I have 10 chickens and 1 rooster who free range during the day and need to be locked up at night. Experience with chickens is highly recommended. I also have a 16 year old cat that needs to be fed. He loves company so a cat lover would be great. The area is just beautiful, very green with heaps of wildlife including wombats, bandicoots, lizards and many native birds. It is very peaceful and very safe. Jervis Bay is 30 minutes drive south with its numerous beaches and for the shoppers iconic Berry is 15 minutes north. It is an ideal location with access to country and coastal living. Cambewarra winery is 2 minutes away and other wineries within a 30 minute driving radius. Aldi and Woolworths are 8 minutes away with busy Nowra 10 minutes drive.
