Spend Christmas and New Year with our friendly 15 year old spoodle in our light filled, easy care townhouse. You'll be less than 20 minutes from Newcastle's best beaches and coastal National Parks and about 5 minutes from Lake Macquarie waterfront at Warners bay.

There is plenty of parking on the road and occasionally parking in the onsite parking bays. The train and all shops are just a 15 minute walk.

THE HOME: 2 bedroom 6 year old townhouse in a quiet community of 12 units. The neighbours are all easy going and a few may be able to provide backup for pet and plant care if you need. Upstairs you have a queen bed and ensuite. The second room also has an ensuite and is set up as a home office with sofa bed. Downstairs is open plan with lots of light from the wall of glass doors leading out to a private courtyard with BBQ and lots of plants. Inside is modern with lots of original art and comfy lounges.

GARDEN CARE: Pot plants inside and outside. Outside usually needs daily watering for all the flowers, herbs and veges in the pots. You're welcome to eat any bounty.

PET CARE: Leo, our 15 year old spoodle is affectionate and faithful to whoever pats him. Because of his age he sleeps most of the day so he's OK to be left at home if you are going out during the day. He likes short walks but more for sniffing and greeting now, rather than running and if you walk up any incline you need to carry him. He is on heart medication morning and afternoon. We have a system that makes this stress free (webster packs, roast chicken frozen in portions, and a mortar/pestle).

EXTRA: It's Christmas so it's ok if family or friends gather here. If anyone stays over, we will need to know details. We don't want lots of people staying here, but also want you to enjoy Christmas.
