Lyneham ACT

We have a freestanding house in a quiet st and 2 beautiful cats in Canberra’s leafy inner North. Our house is very private and equipped with all mod cons including a dedicated home cinema with 2.8m screen, surround sound and reclining arm chairs. It’s beautiful. We have all the streaming services which you can access from our home cinema and on the living room TV. We have 2 x Tempur beds - one split king size (medium-firm) with ensuite and one queen size (medium).

Our kitchen has everything you will need including an Instapot and automated coffee machine. Our living room opens onto our backyard patio with outdoor furniture and lots of shade for summer.

Our house is a short walk from Lyneham shops, which has cafes, takeaway shops and supermarkets. We are also a short drive or 20 minute walk to Dickson, which is a restaurant Mecca including Canberra’s Chinatown. Also close to Dickson Aquatic Centre. We are a 15 minute walk from the tram to Gungahlin or the city and a 4 minute walk to local bus stops where you can access 2 different routes to the city. We are also close to bus stops heading to Dickson and Belconnen.

Nothing to do in the garden. Just enjoy the house and give food, water and kindness to our much loved 5 year old cats, Meg and Mog. Meg is a Ragdoll and Mog is a British Shorthair. They are outdoor cats but spend most of their time indoors and in our garden. Since we got our Colourbond fences this year, they don't leave our yard. They mostly do their business outdoors so not much kitty litter to empty. They come and go as they please through the cat flap but we would ask you to lock them indoors at night.

We have evaporative cooling and heating so the house is very comfortable in any weather.
