Hi. We live in beautiful Round Mountain, NNSW, 5 min from Cabarita Beach. We have 20 acres - mostly bush and rainforest with some cleared acres for my beautiful 2 horses. Our horses and dogs mean the world to us but we also love travelling so looking for some honest, clean, animal loving house sitters who will look after our animals as if they were their own. Our property is centrally located halfway between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay so day trips are easy, but of course we will need you to be home to feed the horses their daily breakfast and dinner. Our house is small, simple and newly renovated. We also have a cosy, beautiful self-contained cottage in the forest, where you might prefer to stay for the experience:). Experience looking after horses is a must please.

I had a very good time house sitting for Joanne and can highly recommend to take care of her animals and home. Communication was easy and Joanne took her time to show me around, answer my questions and also left notes. Winnie the dog is super cute and very affectionate, she loves going for walks on the property, fetching a stick and going for a swim in the dam. The two horses are well behaved, gentle and straight forward to look after. They love their carrots ;) I enjoyed having my own space ... MORE
