We have a relatively new home which is cosy & warm in winter and set in an easy to maintain garden setting. An alfresco provides a great space to relax.
The suburb is quiet and very safe and in walking distance to a small shopping centre and other amenities. Corridors of parkland allow for some great walks with a dog and we are not far from walks along the Murray River.
Our dog is a Labrodoodle (non - shedding) who is very relaxed, sociable and adorable. She loves human company and her walks around the neighbourhood.
She is an indoor/outdoor dog.
Our garden will require little or no effort during winter however potted plants in the alfresco and inside the house will need minimal maintenance/ regular watering.
Ample room for a car on the driveway.
