Beautiful double brick 3 bedroom home on 56acres just 30mins from Tamworth, NSW.
Our house has reverse cycle air con, ceiling fans in every room and HUGE deck which is perfect for all meals and to enjoy a beverage in the evening.
We have 2 lovely dogs, 1 cat, 1 chook and 4 quiet horses that just need feeding every day and checking their water.
We would love if some sprinklers could be put on the lawn a couple of times just so it doesn’t die in the January heat while we are away.
