Lovely House-sitter Apply! Tuscan Boho Farm Daylesford Area
We are 12 minutes drive from tourist town "Daylesford", and 30 minutes from Ballarat, 1 hour 20 mins Melbourne.
Looking for trustworthy and loving person or couple (caravan welcome) to look after our beautiful Japanese Spitz, Bear, and 3 cats, Tilly and Pumpkin, and Edward. (Our 12 horses and kangaroos will be fed and watered, cared for, by animal-carer daily, so you need need to worry about horses and kangaroos, but can see and meet them!)
House is attractive boho feel, neutral tones wooden floor and cream walls, shutters, Tuscan feel, comfortable, 3 BR. Sunroom is great for reading in winter-warm sunny days, inground pool but freezing in june/july/august, so you wont be using it, but lovely to look at. Ducted heating. Pool. Sunroom.
Looking for AM and PM feeding / caring for animals, rest of time is yours! However, Bear likes company, so, preference is given to house-sitter who enjoys dogs and likes to be close and connected, as he will follow you around the home and property!
No special-need animals, just feeding and petting.

Drive 12 minutes to Daylesford for a Lake walk, coffee or brunch, dayspa, visit the 'Mill Market' for vintage clothes and antiques, Take bush walk down the road, explore bush in Daylesford/Hepburn, eat at local resturants, visit convent gallery. Take a 30 mins drive to Ballarat and explore historic area, galleries, market and ballarat lake area.
Enjoy this beautiful part of country victoria with plenty of time to relax and soak in the beautiful retreat vibe at home.
It was a delight to mind Meg and Noel’s furry family and home for the week.
Bear the fluffy, gentle, kind Japanese Spitz and the three Cats Edward,Tilly and the elusive but very affectionate Pumpkin.
All are easy going and very friendly.
A very homely House in an amazingly beautiful setting. Wildlife ago go. Including on site kangaroos and horses. ( otter carers for those) .
I would willingly return to this special environment.
