We are looking for a house sitter to look after our place and enjoy the company of our two very cute miniature dachshunds Frankie (15) and Mocha (14) while away. They are both relatively easy to look after, friendly and will keep you company while you enjoy all there is to offer around this great area of Melbourne.

The house is 3 bedroom plus study and located in northern Melbourne in the suburb of Preston approx. 9km from the Melbourne CBD.

Perfectly located only a short walk to Preston Station, Woolworths, Preston Market or a short bus to the Northland Shopping Centre. The Preston High Street is meters away which has a large number of trendy cafes, restaurants and bars stretching all the way down to Northcote. City is also easily accessible within a 30 minute train ride.

The dogs are fed once a day, have a dog door and do not need regular walking so generally are pretty low maintenance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my house sit at Mark and Amanda's. The dachshunds Mocha and Frankie are absolutely gorgeous and so easy to look after. They are very cuddly and friendly, only need to be fed once a day and they have a big yard at the back of the house to play in during the day. The house is wonderful too with all the amenities needed and in a great Melbourne location, next to Preston market, which is fantastic to go to on the weekend! We had such a great time looking after Mocha and Frankie for Mark and Mandy. Mocha and Frankie were so cute and super easy to look after! The house is great and in a wonderful location, a short walk to Preston market and all the food delights the area has to offer! We would love to return for another sit anytime!
