SAN REMO VIC

Hi we are Aaron (Az) and Christina who live in the beautiful part of VIC looking for someone/couple to look after our 3 pets and home while we go away to Japan for over 2 weeks in March 2025.

The home has two beautiful and calm natured dogs and one chilled cat- all rescues. Luna (kelpie/lab cross) a 11 year old and Maggie the latest addition to the family a 9 month old puppy (kelpie/coolie cross). Mia (domestic short hair) the cat is 15years old. The age of the animals is how old they will be in March 2025.

The animals have dog door access to the yard and spend most of the time sleeping on their indoor beds or outside in the sun.

Caring of our animals involves walking/ feeding the dogs twice per day. Mia is also fed twice per day and otherwise low maintenance-
uses the garden for toileting so no need to clean a litter tray.

**Use of our Subaru XV car with a dog hammock in the back seat is included in your stay for use. To enable taking the dogs safely to various parts of our surrounds for you to enjoy while walking them.

Our home is a 5-10 minute walk from the beaches, shops, cafe and pubs and our home has small ocean views from the front balcony.

The house is on a small block- 350m2 with 1 bedroom, 1 TV room, 2 lounges and 1 bathroom/toilet. Plenty of room for parking and has a small yard. Photos of the home soon to come.

San Remo is a small suburb on the main land before the bridge to Phillip Island. You are a short drive away to the island's beautiful beaches and tourist attractions including the penguins, grand prix track, island cruises and fishing charter tours. We are also very close to access kilometres of rail trails, gorgeous coastal walks and plenty of wonderful cafes and eateries within walking distance from our home.

Amenities include WiFi, indoor wood heater, split system, fans in most rooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, bath tub, outdoor fire pit, and Weber BBQ.
