We need a house sitter

South Coast

We have a farm on 180 acres close to Bega. Easy access from Princes Highway. There are a few chooks requiring feeding, locking up at night and letting out in the morning. Our dog is elderly but active & loves walks and company. Our vege garden requires watering and using whatever is in season as well as a small orchard of seasonal fruits. Some mowing may be required, a ride on mower or push mower if preferred.
There are also 2 horses who are easy to look after, once daily feeding & checking on their water.
There are some sheep and steers requiring little,attention other than checking they are where they are paddocked, with neighbours close by to assist if needed.

When you have such a wonderful place to be lucky enough to have the opportunity to do a farm sit on, it's almost sad when it's time to move on. Doug and Marea welcomed us to there beautiful 180 acre farm and spent a day taking us around explaining what to do, and also introducing us to family close by, who could be a help if required.
