House is 2 bedroom two bathroom. There is a third bedroom which is setup a a tv lounge. Open plan kitchen, dining and family room. Study and laundry.
Our dog is a 9 year old Greyhound who requires 2 walks daily approx 20 mins morning and afternoon (sleeps a lot)
Minimal garden care to check watering systems.
