I live in a secure 2 bedroom unit in a complex of 4 units.
One bedroom has a double bed, with the second room set up as a home office. I have NBN internet which I am happy for you to log into.
Sit would suite a single person or a couple.
Sit is to look after my cavoodle who at that time will be 9 months old. He is used to me being home at least 80% of the time. He loves a cuddle and going to the dog park. He is friendly with other small dogs which I am happy for you to bring if you have one.
He does sleep with me, but keeps to himself.
I only have 3 plants, so no garden care or mowing needed.
