Recently renovated
Very central to supermarket, cafes, restaurants
9 minutes to GPO by car
20 minutes by bus (every 10 minutes from 0700 to 1900 M - F)

2 dogs
1 x 5kg 9yo Chihuahua
1 x 8kg 1 year old Shetland Sheepdog

Would prefer several face to face meetings prior to departure and potentially a few 1 - 2 night 'test runs' if possible prior to departure.

Yard regularly maintained by outside service.
