We need a house sitter

We are looking for a responsible house sitter to care for our dog Jaxon and garden while we are on holiday.

Our dog Jaxon is a Jack Russell x Red Heeler. He is a very cuddly dog & very easy to care for. Food, a walk most days & some cuddles is all he needs. He just enjoys being around people!

We have created a beautiful outdoor entertaining area set with it's very own bar & TV to enjoy the warm evenings outside.

We have a small veggie patch & some fruit trees that require watering daily. It is there for you to enjoy any produce that it may be offering at the time.

There is a split system air conditioner in the living room & ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Most of the house has been renovated with the bathrooms only just being completed recently. Our front facade is still stuck in the '70's!!

Our house is located 15 minutes drive from the CBD, 10 minutes drive from South Perth.
There is a large park at the end of our street, a 20 minute walk to the Canning River & a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct. We are 50m to bus stops where you will find yourself in the city within 25 minutes (only 10mins by car).
You can drive to Fremantle in 30 minutes & the ocean within 25 minutes.

**There is plenty of space for a caravan to be parked in the driveway if necessary**

I had the *best* time in Manning looking after Jaxon. He is a beautiful natured boy with zero behaviour issues!! Yep, an absolutely charming guy to have around. I sadly wasn't able to meet with Meghan prior to commencing, however, I feel like I know her.. She's been such a sweet person to communicate with - even allowing my Dad to stay when he drove me up to Perth. Their home is gorgeous. Meghan : It was our first time using a house sitter we haven't first met. You quickly put our mind to ease and we knew Jaxon & the house were in great hands. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay in our home. So much so that we've signed you up for our next holiday already!

Ohhhhh where do we start...This housesit was just magical! Even though we never met in person, I instantly felt comfortable with Meghan. She was clear with her communication and very welcoming! Her home is spacious, clean and very organised. The garden space was low maintenance. The location is super convenient (close to shops/parks/freeway) and I felt safe staying there. Jaxson is the BEST family dog. He became my dearest friend and I already miss his company!! This was such a positive experience, thank you for having me! :)

Really enjoyed this housesit especially as we were able to have our family Christmas meal in the outdoor setting that is a credit to Mathew and Meghan. Convenient location for public transport to pretty much everywhere. Already missing Jaxon.
