Hi there ,
We have a 20 Acre rural property in Axedale with a large new modern home on it that we would like to be looked after by trust worthy , reliable person/s who have had some experience looking after chickens & livestock.
The property is set up very well with all new shedding , fencing , animal shelters , automatic watering etc.
We have a small herd of 8 Goats that would require attention a couple of times per week , which would include feeding pellets/ topping up their hay & checking their water trough. They are very low maintenance but require a regular social check in.
We also have a large orchard which is fully enclosed that houses our 8 chickens . They will require attention every second or third day to top up their food and clean out the Chook house (Hen Mahal) .
Everything is set up extremely well with a large walk in Chook house that is very user friendly.

The house and yard will require little to no maintenance other than watering the indoor plants once per week. The lawn mowing and maintenance will be completed by a contractor for the time we are away.
