Melbourne - Mornington Peninsula
Gillian
We live in Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. We are both retired and would like to have one final trip overseas.
The dogs: our girl is 11 1/2 months old and the boy has just turned two.
They are very spoiled, have a strict routine (mainly created by them). As you can see in the photos, the dogs wear coats in winter time.
Our house is a two bedroom cottage. It is centrally heated, has two split systems and an open fireplace. The main bedroom has a king size Tempur bed (electrically adjustable). Good Wi-Fi, large TV with Foxtel and most streaming services. It has two toilets and two shower recesses, washing machine and dryer and dishwasher.
The dogs have a daily walk on leads, well behaved and don’t pull on the leads. They are both fully house trained and have a dog door. The backyard is very secure, one small yard and the larger yard. They have one meal a day in the evening and several dog treats throughout the day.
They can be left in the house for reasonable periods on their own, they don’t sleep on the bed except during the day. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and we have good neighbours.
The only gardening required is to water several pots and a couple of pots at my son’s holiday house two doors down from us.
The backyard is very secure for the dogs. There is a barbecue on the deck and a dining table and outdoor furniture seating.
