Jurien Bay WA

3x1 house on 7.5 acres in a semi rural estate 10km from Jurien Bay townsite and beach. Jurien Bay is a small seaside paradise, two hours north of Perth, boasting good food and cafe facilities. The property has no scheme water, but has rainwater tanks. We have a sooky 6year old Golden Retriever (who is smarter than some humans I know). Other pets include two large Corellas and several Koi in a large 9m x 3m pond.
We are ex wildlife carers who still have released birds coming in to feed.
Property is reticulated, so sitters must have knowledge of bore and reticulation maintenance. There are small amount of fruit trees and gardens to care for. There is an undercover heated swim spa for the use of and a small tinny if sitter is boat licenced.
