Still on the hunt for a house sitter in May, as we are returning to Qld for 2 months in May.
We have a small, very energetic, Foxie cross (we think there’s a bit of Kelpie there). She is quiet but will definitely need a very good walk at least daily. She is a rescue and can be a bit dog aggressive at times. She is a dainty little girl that can be nervous of new people, so a prior meet and greet would be appreciated. She has no medication requirements, other than a flea, worm and tick tablet on the first of the month. She can be left at home, and has no separation anxiety, but does sleep under the bed. Theres a doggy door and she comes and goes as she pleases. Excited but excellent traveller.
Our house is a good sized 4x2, and there is a queen size bed in the spare room for your use. One room has a gym and bike. It has ducted a/c and heating, natural gas stove, instant hot water and a house water filtration system (being installed in Dec).
It is in a quiet street, and walking distance to the Collie River, short drive to the estuary, shops and Bunbury city.
Most is under retic, but there is a plant hospital, small atrium and pot plants that will need a little drink occasionally. We have vege patches and herbs for your use. There is no lawn out the back, but there is lawn frontage that will need an occasional mow.
There will be a caravan carport (being installed in Feb) for a full size caravan with power, if you prefer or need storage. The car port will be free for your car.
A perfect location to wander wineries, take a trip to Perth for the day, go swim with dolphins, fish, sip a coffee in one of the local cafes or spend a day at the beach.
