We need a house sitter

Two storey house in a new suburb with plenty of local parks and nearby shopping centres. Need to care for our 8 year old Labrador (very gentle) and minds his own most of the time. Just need to take him out for a 30 min walk daily and some play time in the back garden. Minimal garden care also required such as watering plants during the summer and lawn mowing etc. Have a pool table in the house for entertainment.
