Clare Valley SA

We live in a beautiful small community town, our area is very quiet besides the few kids that enjoy the street, we have a pub and small general store/ cafe just down the road, we are located 10minutes west of the Clare Valley an hour to Adelaide or the YP.
We have 2 gorgeous dogs (snoodle 15years old and Jack Russell who is 4years) mainly outside but now its getting cooler will be allowed inside on their dog bed, and put outside for evenings.
2 cats 1 who is the "SHED' cat and one who enjoys sleeping inside we also have 3 gold fish,
Animals will just be required to be fed daily
We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom modern home (1 year old)
Gas Cook top, Gas hot water,
Master has King bed
Spare room Queen bed
kids room 1 single
kids room 1 cot
we have a very large open plan area
