We need a house sitter

Property is semi-rural (14000 sq metres) but in Perth. House has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms are small). Water supply to house is from bore. Water is treated with carbon filter, water softener and ultraviolet disinfection filters. Garden reticulation is installed throughout. Will be required to look after 7 chickens, cat and hand water plants that are not reticulated.
