Hello there, our family is headed on a camping adventure after Christmas and looking for someone who would like to look after our home and pets.

We have two old dogs, who love to go for walks on the beach or in the bush by our house. One friendly kitten who is playful and funny, three little mice that sleep most the day and four happy fish in a tank.

Our house is comfortable, close to shops, warm and has everything you need to be comfortable. If you are flying in for this opportunity you will need your own transport to see the sites. For insurance reasons we only allow the use of the ute for emergencies.

However, the house is within walking distance to Shoreline shopping center and 15min walk to a beautiful beach called Howrah with a long walking track that goes to Bellerive.

We had the most horrible experience dealing with Erika and Travis. Very demanding, entitled attitude, rude, and finally abusive behaviour to top it off. We honestly weren't going to write a review as we dont want the drama, but we feel the need to warn others that might consider pet sitting for them. The dogs were sweet and the house is in a nice location with nice neighbours but our interactions with the pet owners have been quite traumatic.

Very nice stay at Erika's place ! Luna and Huxley were very nice and easy to look after. The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. The center of Hobart is easy to reach with the bus or by car. Thanks Erika !
