Pimpama QLD

I am going on a holiday to Tasmania for 8 nights from the 21st of December to the 29th of December.
I am looking for someone to look after my 3 year old male cat Monty and take care of my home while I am away.

Cat care:
Monty is strictly INDOORS ONLY and is not allowed outside at all.
He will try to escape, especially because I won't there and he will be missing me.
We have just moved into this house very recently so it is new to him.
Please be very mindful when entering and leaving the house that he is away from the doors. Also make sure to lock the doors (even when home) as he can jump up and open them (he's quite intelligent).
Playing and exercise: he is very playful and energetic and loves to play multiple times a day. His favourite toys are his cat wands, cat tunnel and butterfly, he also loves playing around his scratching post. He is socialable and friendly and will likely follow you around for company.
Toileting: he uses a litter tray that will need to be scooped and changed while I am away. He is very good with his litterbox and always uses it.
Feeding: one scoop of dry food in the morning, he eats it throughout the day.
One tin of fancy feast cat food at night, he eats that slowly over the night.
Fresh water every day.
He generally sleeps wherever but will most likely try and snuggle with you if you let him.

House care:
I live in a townhouse in Pimpama, it is not in a gated community so there is easy access. The home is very central to shops, public transport and parks.
There is a queen bed in the spare room upstairs available to sleep in.
You are welcome to use my home like your home. There is a driveway to park your car.
No parties and keep guests to a minimum please, as Monty can become anxious around a lot of people.
