Hello,

We live in Brighton about 300m from the waterfront and walking distance to shops.

I have 2 cattle dogs who love to be around people. One female who is 2, and a male who is 9. We also have a free range guinea pig who is very low maintenance. His name is Pebbles. Very friendly !

Our female is a very gentle, sweet girl who can be timid and needy at times. Our boy is so gentle and loving and low maintenance.

Simply need someone / a couple to stay and enjoy the location and just be around morning and afternoon (or as much as they like)
The dogs do sleep inside with us.

We have air conditioning and a spacious living area. We are currently renovating our bathroom so the layout of the house is slightly under construction - but still completely livable.

A nice main bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed.

Huge back yard.
Can accomodate for a caravan.
