Hi all

I'm looking for an individual or a couple (no children sorry as my home is not child friendly) to look after my 10yr old rhodesian ridgeback, Cooper.

I am looking for someone who is currently in Darwin so we can meet and I can show you around the house and explain Cooper's routine etc.

Cooper has recently lost his big sister whom he has spent the last 10yrs with, so he loves having his human companions around the house. He can of course be left alone but I'm looking for someone who isn't out all day and all night, every day.

Cooper enjoys a short walk around the block early on a morning or in the evening, but he is easily pleased and will be happy just to have you at home and doesn't need to be walked everyday.

Cooper is fed once a day in the evening so as long as you are home to do this he will snooze during the day if you are out.

I live in the quiet suburb of Woolner which is close to Parap (Saturday markets) and the City, as well as other cool places like Mindil Beach, Botanical Gardens, East Point and Cullen Bay. There is a bus stop nearby if you want to leave the car behind and some nice paths if you like to go for a walk or ride.

The house is only 30 seconds from Tiger Brennan Drive and Stuart Highway so easy connections to go exploring to Litchfield, Kakadu, Katherine etc and only 2 mins by car to the city centre.

I have a low maintenance house and garden (automated reticulation) so there is little to worry about other than giving Cooper some love.

The house is a modern and comfortable 3bed 2bath complete with aircon, wifi and spa pool. You would be accommodated in the guest bedroom with use of the guest bathroom (bath and separate walk in shower).

The house has all the mod cons and is kept clean and tidy with a place for everything and everything in its place. I expect you to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.

The garden has a gas weber bbq, lounge setting, tv and spa pool.
