Nina
We are looking for a retired couple only. We have a large bungalow which is a 9 minute drive to Byron town and a 3 minute drive to Tallow beach. We are a few minutes walk to Baz and Shaz, a well stocked local shop and a large park, and the local small shopping centre including the Suffolk Park Hotel are a few minutes drive from us. We have a medium sized garden and a quite a few pot plants as well as a small salt water to cool off in.
Our toy poodle, Ebonee is a rescued dog and very timid and anxious. She will always welcome you home though she does require a lot of attention. We are seeking a retired couple, who have the time to spend with her as Ebonee's well being is our priority. PLEASE Don’t respond if you are under 50 and do not have a partner because the garden is large and Ebonee requires that one of you can spend a lot of time with her. Thank you.
We enjoyed looking after Ebonee (toy poodle) and Nina's home.
Ebonee was timid at first, but after 3 days...we were friends. She definitely preferred cuddles over walks.
Nina's home is in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area on bike, foot or car.
We loved sitting out in the back area, as it was peaceful and private.
Nina and Raad were both very friendly and welcoming

From our first meeting we felt very at ease with their friendly welcoming nature and enjoyed a lovely evening before (and after) their trip chatting and swapping stories of our travels.

Fantastic people to house sit for, a beautiful house great location and probably the best kitchen that I have cooked in, (very jealous)
There were no surprises, Nina fully explained what was needed of us regarding the care of their home and of course Shirley their toy poodle, we kept her routine going and she settled down quite quickly.
Would love to go back and house sit for these great people again.
We had a wonderful stay at Jindalee, looking after Shirlee. Nina and Raad were very friendly and gracious, making us feel very welcome and ensuring that everything was sorted before they left. Shirlee loved her cuddles, walks, play time and food. A lovely stay in a very comfortable house - thanks :)
