Bokal WA

We are a farming couple on a homested in Bokal, roughly 35 minutes froom town. We have 1 x cat (Mitten, 5yo, outside cat, cat door in master bedroom, wet food & kibbles morning or night) and 5 x chooks (EXTREMELY friendly! get let out for a wander in the morning and go back in in the early evening - lay a few eggs a day, yummy!) we have a front lawn that would require the sprinkler turned on every few days, and some plants along the side that will require a water.

Home is 100 years old, 3 bedrooms available, 1 x single, 2 x double, 1 x queen (prefer master bedroom not to be used)

Washing machine available, dishwater available, large main fridge and secondary laundry fridge, beautiful wrap around porch with lovely country view for a sunset drink!
