We need a house sitter

Single level three bedroom house in quiet suburb, two double bedrooms (one ensuite), aircon, dishwasher, internet, WiFi and lovely neighbours. Close to bus and walking tracks on Isaacs Ridge. Local shops within walking distance while large Mawson
shopping centre within 2.3 kms and Woden mall (Woolworths, Coles, DJ) 4.1 kms. Driveway parking available.
Our mini schnauzer (non-shedding) is 14 and
sleeps a lot but enjoys a short walk and some play each day. He loves people especially anyone who gives him attention.
He has two feeds of dog biscuits per day and an occasional treat. A retired couple or someone who works from home would be perfect as he has our company most of the time.

I had a lovely time caring for Alan, and Lois and Phil's lovely home. Communication was very clear, the house was very comfortable and had everything needed. Phil and Lois were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The house is located in a lovely, quiet part of Canberra with convenient walking trails. Alan was a delight to spend time with, and is very easy going and friendly. I would very happily housesit there again, and would recommend them to other house sitters.
