House on 1 acre, but fenced secure house and garden area.
Can walk to Main Street. Lots of cafes and wineries nearby
If hot watering system may need to be turned on. Watering of indoor plants.
2 dogs. 1x 13yr old staffy, doesn’t need walking
1x 3 yr old miniature labradoodle that needs a walk
