Newtown QLD QLD

We have a 4 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms. One guest bedroom with a queen bed for you to stay in. We have a garage space for 1 car to park in and a long gated driveway.
There is a quite a few pot plants and 4 garden beds to water but most of them has automatic irrigation systems, so only top up and a few other plants need watering. No lawn mowing needed.
We also have a 3 year old american staffy that loves a good cuddle, but unfortunately doesn’t love other dogs. She enjoys walks every 1-2 days.
We live in the middle of town and quite close to a lot of amenities (less than 10 min at the most).
