Briagolong VIC

We have a 45 acre half bush block in a small town of Briagolong.
Very private with plenty of space for a caravan, although our drive way is rocky- power available.
The house is an old 3 bedroom one bath with a sperate toilet. Washing machine,dryer and dishwasher available.
As it's a hobby farm, we have a menagerie of animals. 2 kelpies, 2 cats , 3 quiet horses, a cow, a handful of sheep and chickens.
There is a garden you are welcome to potter in, but it's not maintained so no expectations there.

There is basic facilities in the briagolong township, Stratford and Maffra are 15 KMS away and offer more.
There is plenty of places to explore close by, or stay home and enjoy the local wildlife- emus, wombats , kangaroos.
