East Victoria Park WA

I'm looking for somebody to look after my 2 cats, feed a fish (who lives in an outside pond) and water a small garden and some house plants while I'm on holiday.

My house is a quiet 3 bed unit in East Victoria Park. It's located close to the train line and bus routes to the city. The living room and main bedroom has aircon. The kitchen has a dishwasher and coffee machine. It has one car space behind a garage door, a new kitchen, bathroom & laundry, nbn to the house (fast internet), netflix, and parking out the front (for any extra cars).

My cats (Samson and Jet) are both 6 years old with no health conditions or medication. They are fed dry food day and night and I have a cat door so they can be outside during the day but are always in at night. The cat doors has directional locks on it - so you can make it in only in the afternoon to make sure to get them both in. Samson has a bad habit of trying to jump on benches to get attention and steal food, but both cats are otherwise well behaved (for cats). Jet (black cat) is fairly shy, but loves having his belly rubbed. As long as you move slowly he will flop over and show his tummy to anyone in order to get pats!
Their cat litter is in a built in cupboard in the laundry and is easy to clean.
Samson likes quite a bit of attention (my last Housesitters said he behaves more like a dog than a cat).

I have a few houseplants, which all seem pretty easy care so far. I think they would just need watering when dry (which about once a week).

I have a house guide to explain my appliances and things like wifi and bin night.

The small garden has retic on a timer, so you would just need to switch the timer on every second day.

East Vic park has a large cafe strip that is within easy walking distance with a lot of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.

I am going down to Esperance with my Mum for 2 weeks - so I should have phone coverage for a fair amount of the time I’m away, and have other friends close by who can help if anything is needed.
