South Lake WA

4x2 house on large block in South Lake. Close to shops, train and bus services, and freeway.2x indoor cats (have a litter robot which should be fine for the time away, may need cleaning once or twice). Cat biscuits and water available for them at all times (large feeder shouldn't need refilling), so just need wet food once per day (generally evenings).
All other animals are outside and mostly free range. May be one or two birds in cages in garage needing food and water daily, possibly also some guinea pigs in a cage that need daily care (this is if there are juveniles that haven't already sold by then)
Outdoor animals require feeding once per day, potentially water refreshed, and birds need to be let out of cages into aviary in the morning and locked away at night. Fairly easy care, all instructions will be written up and I can show you "the ropes" fairly quickly.
Approx 15 large pot plants to be hand watered daily (mainly on hot days), the rest of the garden should run watering automatically.
Fairly easy job, lovely to spend time in the garden with the animals, so suit someone who enjoys nature. I am in the process of creating a Permaculture haven, so still a work in progress!
Please note: there is quite a large rat problem I am trying to work on solving, so be prepared for that and a fair bit of chaos around the place!
