We require a house and doggie sitter.

We have 2 rescue dogs who came to us late in their life. A 16 year old female Jack Russell cross (Mimi) and a 10 year old chihuahua/pug cross (Molly).

Mimi - Due to arthritis she only walks a block and that's it. She has a basic dry food diet twice a day. She loves to sit on the couch with you and cuddles.
Molly - Molly is more active than Mimi. She can have longer walks. She’s not a pick up and cuddle type dog. She also has a basic dry food diet twice a day.
They can’t be walked together due to Mimi’s slowness. They both ‘tolerate’ each other. There’s the occasional turf war over one of the beds!

We are very close to the Oakleigh shopping centre and the Chadstone shopping centre with many restaurants nearby.

I have a large garden which will need to be watered.

This would suit a single or couple only.

Gary and I had our first house sit for Jo over the weekend and it was a great experience. Jo replied right away and we arranged a meet up with the three of us + the 2 doggos Mimi and Molly. Mimi is such a great dog to sit for. She's so well behaved and affectionate. Jo left the house spotless and left clear instructions for me which catered to everything I needed. Jo's little Jack Russell Terrier Mimi was a good pup to spend time with. (She is very shy at first but after a couple of days she comes around and treats you like her best friend!) She doesn't walk much given her age (14yrs) but when she gets feisty... lol it's a joyful site to see. :-D (That's when you know she appreciates you spending time with her.) Jo has a booklet prepared with all the details of the home and Mimi. The pool was a nice feature.
