Will be away over Christmas and am looking for someone/a couple to take care of the lawn and very affectionate cat! House is in a very quiet street with a lockable garage for your car. Space to park caravan on the driveway or on the street.

Cat just needs feeding, watering, litter, etc. If you like cats, you're welcome to pat her etc., otherwise she'll be fine to just roam the house. She doesn't scratch at all, she's very affectionate.

Lawn will need watering every few days as I'm trying to establish it, along with pruning of some plants and emptying of the green bin with branches.

Two single beds for use. I'm in the process of moving house, so am getting rid of a lot of things, so would appreciate if you could (upon mutual arrangement of times) be there for people to pick things up from Marketplace.

I'm in the process of packing and renovating, so the accommodation is simple but nice.
