Flowerdale TAS

We are looking for a house sitter to care for our house and garden in Flowerdale, North West Tasmania. Our house is a partly renovated home located 5 minutes drive from the local beach side town of Wynyard (which has most shops/services).

We are looking for a single person to house sit over Christmas and the New Year and then January and February as we will be putting our home on the market.

We are located ten minutes drive from beautiful Boat Harbour Beach, 15 minutes drive from Sisters Beach and 30 minutes drive from Burnie. The Inglis River walking track is down the road from our house.

We have a ¾ acre property with some cottage style gardens, lots of fruit trees, nut trees and a seasonal creek out the back and a small shop on the front of the house which is currently not open. Our house runs off tank water and the property is next to farmland, with lovely views out the kitchen window of the neighbouring farm. We have 4G reception and plenty of desk space if you would like to work from home.

We are looking for a house sitter to keep the house clean and help look after the gardens- watering and collecting fallen fruit.

We have a farm inland in the mountains and will occasionally come to move materials from our sheds up to the farm.

You will have the main bedroom upstairs, with a queen bed and lots of space.
