Lovely large home in quiet location opposite park with views over Goulburn and out to Crookwell. Only two minute drive to centre of town. Close to War memorial, Wetlands, golf course and river walk. Very relaxed beautiful friendly fur family of two dogs Bolt (Border Collie x Coolie, a big couch potato) Tye Australian Cobberdog and our two ragdoll cats Possum and Jasmine. All our pets love cuddles and laze around indoors most of the day. Dogs love to go for a daily walk but it is ok if this is not possible daily. There would be minimal outdoor watering and only if no rain and watering of indoor plants. Can arrange to come earlier if required.
