Mintaro SA

We live in a three bedroom, two bathrooms, open plan home which is situated on 20 acres with an easy care garden. Our property is situated about one kilometre from Mintaro, a pretty heritage listed town in the beautiful Clare Valley.
We would like a house proud couple to take care of our home, garden, and animals for about 5 weeks. We have three dogs - two kelpies and one mixed breed (sharpei x American bulldog we think) who are all very friendly, and two Clydesdale horses. The dogs all have their own yard which they sleep in at night, but we let them out during the day. They are fed their main meal in the evening and are given a snack in the morning. The horses pretty much take care of themselves, but their trough may need to be cleaned a couple of times.
We have about ten pot plants inside the house which will need minimal watering. The lawn is on an automatic watering system, and there will be around about 2 hours a week watering plants and shrubs (depending on the weather).
The lawn will need mowing around once a fortnight, and we have a ride on mower for that.
We ask that the inside of the house be kept tidy with the occasional sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom clean.
