Beautiful home in Perth Hills - fully furnished and super quiet location but just 20 mins to major shopping area and 45 mins to Perth CBD. Lovely village with many local activities. Would suit nature loving couple lots of amazing trails and cycling trails immediately available. House is single storey and with beautiful pool and 2000sq m garden that would need a significant amount of pottering and keeping tidy and free of weeds etc. We have assessed the time taken for daily maintenance to be no less than 90 mins - 2 hrs so please make sure you are able to make this commitment. This would be pool maintenance and garden maintenance as well as basic tasks like keeping the house and exterior clean and tidy. If you love gardening and pottering then this is the place for you but we have to highlight that 90 mins -2 hrs would be a daily commitment so really not ideal if you have a busy full time job. Please note - we are looking for mature applicants / couples who have experience of caring for homes and gardens and are able to be proactive. We are looking for a sitter for the entire period so not suitable for short stays. Very peaceful place with modern fittings. No pets to care for but we would like you to be mature and able to liaise for any small maintenance projects we may have done by external people whilst you sit. Ideally would prefer to meet you in February if possible. Possibility of ongoing long term sits if mutually agreeable. Please only apply if you are able to complete a sit for the whole period specified and sadly we cannot accommodate sitters bringing pets. As we cannot guarantee exact dates just yet please bear with us as we look at applicants and assess compatibility. If you are looking for ongoing sits and we are a good match then please do specifiy this Just a polite reminder that non smokers only will be considered and we do not require you to look after any animals. Apologies but we cannot allow overnight guests either - only Housesitters to occupy the property. Preference will be given to those with references and previous sitting experience.
