My boy Ozzy who is well trained and has good manners but is not able to be alone, so you would need to be with him the whole time, but he goes to daycare 9min drive away twice a week to give you a break (flexible weekdays only).
He sleeps in bed with you and he's loveable and needy but is also a very good guard dog.
You need to have experience with med-large dogs and have good knowledge of dogs that can be reactive to other dogs. We do not take him to dog parks, but there are so many walks in our neighborhood. He needs a morning and evening walk when he's not at daycare.
I have a car you can use if required.

Herb garden to water, but I have someone that comes and mows the lawn.

I have Chrome cast and Netflix on the TV and bedroom.
